Description

The early model Honda V4 engine design did not flow enough oil to the top end to keep the cams properly lubricated. Also, the oil that was pumped to the cams was the dirty oil that had not yet gone through the filter after passing through the rest of the engine.
As a result, these engines were notorious for premature cam failure.

This bolt on kit corrects both the low flow and dirty oil problems.

Peace of mind and longer engine life!

This oil mod kit is complete. It contains the following components:

2 stainless steel teflon coated hoses with banjo fitting & female swivel installed
oil filter adapter with o-ring installed
center adapter with o-ring installed
straight & 90 degree AN fittings installed
Crush washers
2 hose seperators
block off bolt

Please beware of one line mods that claim the same results. Only a two line mod offers a complete and safe solution.

OIL FILTER NOTE: A V65 with factory exhaust will use the regular filter. But a V65 with an aftermarket performance exhaust or a V45 will require our smaller filter, part number V4S-P-E19-5014-L
