This kit contains 1 dust seal, 1 fork seal, 1
inner bushing, 1 outer bushing and 1 circlip.
Each kit is for 1 fork tube.
Normally, you just replace the seals, but eventually, you'll need the bushings too. If your bike is very old or has a lot of miles on it, you should consider this kit over a basic seal kit.
*WARNING* on bikes equipped with the TRAC system, this entire rebuild kit should only be used on the non-TRAC fork. There is one bushing
in the TRAC fork which has a groove cut in it, but is otherwise
identical to the non-TRAC fork bushing as supplied in this kit.
The part number of the grooved bushing is 18-51419-MB4-003.
There are no reports of any problems caused by using this kit in the
TRAC equipped fork (and many, many thousands of these kits have been
installed over the years), but unless Honda issues an OK, I recommend
using the OEM bushing in the TRAC equipped fork.
The other components in this kit are compatible with the TRAC equipped fork.
