Description

The individual parts for the water pumps are not available from Honda nor any other manufacturer except our own Lew's Design.
There is a do it yourself kit available, but the impeller is extremely difficult to remove without damage. In fact, Lew's Design engineered and fabricated their own custom puller for this task.

For an extra $60 over the cost of the do it yourself kit, you can send your pump in and have it professionally rebuilt by Lew's Design.
When it's returned to you, it will be ready to install, except for the shaft and cap o-rings which are readily available at your local hardware store. The shaft o-rings are #125, 32.95X2.62mm and are available from Honda, special order. The cap o-rings are #152 they are 3-1/4X3-7/16X3/32(b70).

This is especially important for V30 owners as your sizes and design are slightly different and require extra care.

Be sure to wipe off any fluids and seal it in plastic. Carriers get very nervous about wet packages.
Enclose a paper with your return address and exact year and model of bike. If you can, enclosing a copy of your purchase order would be most helpful.

Turnaround times vary with the model and condition of your pump, current workload, and parts availability.


Returns
For a refund, submit an RMA and return pump within 45 days of purchase. If inspection finds a defect in parts or workmanship, a full refund or replacement pump will be authorized.
