Description

This item is a very complete carburetor rebuild kit for the complete rack of carburetors ( yes, all 4 carbs! ).
Similar to the Mega Carb Kit, but this one has formed float bowl gaskets.

Printed directions are included with this kit for the carb screw portion of the install. There is also a to scale parts sheet that tells you exactly what all those seals and stainless hardware are used for.
All fastening hardware is stainless steel so you don't get rust. There are more parts in this kit than needed so don't freak out when you have parts left over. Some parts are small and if you drop one and lose it you're covered.

You get all new main jets and slow/idle jets correctly sized to your specific bike. But if you've done any mods or live at higher elevations, you can call the supplier directly to discuss it before ordering. If you do need special jets or other parts, note this in the comments on the checkout page.

A K&N air filter or open mufflers or both do not require re-jetting.
An exhaust that eliminates the collector (the box under the engine that all the pipes go through) WILL require re-jetting.

In addition to the written instructions, this kit comes with a free DVD-R that includes complete instructions on how to do the rebuild and lots of other good stuff.
