Description

Carburetor cleaning service. The only way to remove corrosion is through hand polishing. If your carbs come in ugly, they will go back out ugly, but clean. The Premier service adds a mild polishing job.
This includes disassembly, cleaning in a large ultrasonic cleaner, full inspection of parts, replacement of all seals and most hardware with stainless steel parts, new float valve assemblies, adjust float levels and reassembly.
A bench synch is done on the choke pistons and throttle plates.
If any broken fuel tubes, ripped diaphragms or other damaged parts are encountered there will be an adjustment to the price or you can supply those parts.

Notice: The service is backed up. It may take a full month to get your carbs done.

If you have any problems, please submit an RMA within two weeks of delivery. Please understand that the carbs have been bench synched and will need to be fully synchronized on the bike to run their best.
